Clinical Supervision and Reflective Consultation

As an approved clinical supervisor through the Montana Board of Behavioral Health, Ellie provides individual and group clinical supervision with post-master’s clinicians seeking supervised hours. Ellie is committed to supporting new clinicians to do their best work; through a free initial consultation, she will work with you to determine if her supervisory approach is a good fit.

As a trained Reflective Consultant, Ellie has worked with professionals serving infants and young children and their families to foster critical self-awareness and consider multiple perspectives to enhance their capacity to implement relationship-based services and supports.

Working from a systems-level perspective, Ellie's clinical expertise is grounded in a trauma-informed approach to working with children, families, and adults.  This work requires strong collaboration, implementation of evidence-based practices, and consistent emphasis on reflection and feedback, all of which can lead to lasting change for all involved.
